Important Dates:
- THIS FRIDAY, March 8: Classroom Picture Day (Yuen Lui)
- March 14: Global Reading Challenge at the Seattle Public Library
- March 27: School Tour, 8:00-9:00 a.m., please call 206-252-3250 to RSVP
- March 29: Spring Fling, school dance for grades 3rd, 4th and 5th
SPRING FLING! The C.C.C. Hawks (Student Government) Presents:
- What: A spring dance for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade ONLY. Sorry no younger siblings allowed.
- Note: PreK-2nd will have a dance during the school day.
- When: March 29, 2024 from 6:00-7:30 p.m.
- Important Information:
- Every Student MUST have a chaperone. No students will be able to enter the dance without an adult.
- We are looking for 12 volunteers to work with our SGA students at the dance. Volunteer opportunities include: set up, bake sale, sign-in, water station, supervision (roaming), and clean up. To sign up, click here.
- There will be a SGA Bake Sale during the dance to raise money for SGA events at our school such as Spirit Week and Field Day.
- No food allowed, except items purchased from the bake sale. Free water will be available.

45 Day ‘Till Wild Wild West – Our Biggest Fundraiser of the Year!
We’re only 45 days away from our 2024 Spring Auction. This is an opportunity to make a difference in our community, and we hope to see you there!
- Attend the Spring Auction! Purchase your tickets online but don’t wait – there are only 11 tickets left! Can’t attend? You can still make a monetary donation without purchasing a ticket. Click here to purchase.
- Donate! An item, an experience, wine, a dessert for the event, or a monetary donation.
- Class Project Coordinators! Class projects are essential to the Spring Auction and get the students involved. We are still seeking a class project coordinator(s) for the following classrooms below. If you have a child in one of these classes, please contact Heather Nordlund if you would like to volunteer. Need some project ideas or inspiration? Check out some examples from last year’s auction.
- The following teachers still need a class project coordinator: Ms. Coghill, Ms. Lortz, Ms. Combs, Ms. Miller, Ms. Crowell, Ms. Nall, Ms. Day, Ms. Parsons, Ms. Dunbar, Ms. Rubesch, Ms. Gardiner, Ms. Sheed, Ms. Gerhardt, Mr. Taylor, Ms. Golden, Mr. Van Straten, Mr. Kratz, and Ms. West.
