  2. Welcome back, Kim Irish! Message from our new Resource Teacher: I am thrilled to be rejoining the Arbor Heights family after a brief but enlightening stint in educational technology. With a decade of dedicated service to the field of education, I am excited to bring my passion and experience back to the community that holds a special place in my heart. My journey in education has been multifaceted, encompassing roles in special education, elementary education, and earning an English Language Learner (ELL) endorsement along the way. These diverse experiences have shaped my approach to teaching, allowing me to adapt and cater to the unique needs of my students. Having spent seven years within the Arbor Heights community previously, I am overjoyed at the prospect of rekindling the connections and relationships that make this place truly special. During my time away, I delved into the realm of education technology, gaining valuable insights into the evolving landscape of learning tools and strategies. Outside of work, I seek opportunities to connect with our natural world. I feel incredibly fortunate to live in such a beautiful state and typically spend my weekends on the water or in the mountains. As a music enthusiast, I also enjoy attending live shows and chatting with others about their favorite artists. As I return to AHE, I bring with me a renewed passion for education and an eagerness to contribute to the continued success of our students. I look forward to reconnecting with familiar faces and welcoming new ones into our close-knit Arbor Heights family.
