Our speech-language pathologist is at Arbor Heights 5 days a week. They work with students on oral communication disorders that impact their educational success as identified by a team evaluation process. Federal and state legal guidelines are followed to identify students that require these school-based services. Their students may have disabilities in receptive and expressive language skills, pragmatic/social language areas, speech sound production, conversational intelligibility, stuttering or voice. Our speech-language pathologist is also available to consult with teachers and parents as we all work together to support the success of our students.
