Visiting Our School

All visitors must report directly to the school office and sign-in to KeepnTrack, our web-based visitor/volunteer check-in/out system and obtain a photo ID badge. Any adult observed at school without a badge will be asked to report to the office immediately. This policy exists to insure the safety of all of our students and may not be waived for any reason.

School visits benefit both you and your student, and we encourage you to visit! Please help us make visits as positive as possible by following these procedures:

  1. Make arrangements in advance with your child’s teacher if you plan to visit the classroom.
  2. Check in at the office when you arrive to sign-in and get a photo ID visitor’s badge. Make sure to bring you driver's license as you'll be required to scan you license.
  3. Wear your visitor photo ID badge for the duration your visit.
  4. Sign out in the office before you leave school grounds.

Children enjoy having parents visit during lunch, and you are most welcome to join us during lunch. If you are bringing items forgotten by your child such as lunches, books, money, please bring them to the office. We will see that your child’s belongings are delivered to them.

If you wish to volunteer at Arbor Heights, please visit our volunteering page to learn how to become an Approved Volunteer.

School tours with Principal Collins for incoming kindergarten and prospective families are held in February, March, April and May. If you wish to arrange a school tour outside of this time, please contact our front office at 206-252-9250.
